Key Objectives

Empowering vulnerable children for an active and meaningful participation in society is at the heart of the FLE National Programme. The key objectives of the Programme include:

  • Enhancing access of vulnerable children in poverty areas to quality early childhood care and education
  • Increasing parental engagement to support the education and holistic development of their children
  • Upgrading the learning environment in poor-performing schools
